1. Refund Policy:

1.1 Faulty or Defective Items: If you receive a faulty or defective item, please contact our customer service team at within 7 days of receiving the product. The product must be returned in its original packaging, the product should not be used and the product should have the receipt and proof of purchase. We will guide you through the return process and offer a replacement.
1.2 Incorrect Item Received: In the rare event that you receive an incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will arrange for the correct item to be shipped to you, and we will cover any associated shipping costs.
1.3 Change of Mind: We understand that sometimes you may change your mind about a purchase. If you wish to return an item for reasons other than defects or errors, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs in these cases, and a 15% restocking fee may apply.

2. Return Process:

2.4 Return Shipping: For non-defective or non-incorrect item returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
2.5 Replacement: Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. Once approved, we will send out a replacement.

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
• Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
